Future Facility
On August 30 we held a congregational meeting to vote on the purchase of 17.46 acres of land for $239,000 on Highway 51 between Charles Town and Inwood. The vote was unanimous in favor of purchasing the land.
The preliminary site plan and project details are in process (below you will find the concept plan at this stage of developement). The following describes our hopes for this property:
Proposed project: Build Phase 1 of a multi-phase church facility with adequate parking, traffic flow, and green space for church activities.
Estimated timeline: Design and specifications, 1-6 months; Planning and zoning, 3-9 months; Building permits, 9-12 months; Construction, 18-24 months; Occupancy, March 2012.

We are continuing our process of determing our options for future location by seeking God for wisdom and direction for this piece of land.
