Brian Allen
Financial Elder (oversees stewardship and benevolence)
Brian was reared in a Christian home and accepted Christ as his personal Savior and Lord at the age of eight. Since that time, his life has been an un-broken chain of years of service to the Lord in whatever profession God has called him. Early in his career Brian felt the call to use his gifting, training and talents professionally to assist not-for-profit organizations in administrative matters. This included a stent of 19 years in which he and his wife, Tina, served as international missionaries. Tina and Brian were married in 1978 and have three children who are all complete in Christ. Tina and Brian have been members of HPCC since 2006. Brian has been an elder since 2008. Over the years Brian has held various ministry and leadership positions in churches and not-for-profit organizations, including serving as a member of the board of directors of a Christian publishing house, a Christian hospital and a Christian credit union. Currently Brian is the director of internal audit for Project HOPE, an international not-for-profit organization, and continues to travel extensively world-wide. Tina is a high school Spanish teacher.
Brian's prayer for HPCC is that we realize, accept and fulfill the breath and depth of the ministry that God has for us in our local community, in our nation and globally. Matthew 28: 18-20.
