Ed Tritt
Gathering Elder (oversees First Impressions, membership, baptism, and communion)

Ed was raised a Catholic, having a head knowledge about God but never really experienced any heart change. Once he enlisted in the Air Force, he went to chapel but still didn’t experience real change. God began to draw him during his time stationed in the Philippines, but it was not until he was transferred to Oklahoma when he was 21 that he came to know Jesus as Savior and Lord. Ed describes his walk with the Lord as a work in progress, a process that at times is painful as he learns the lessons that God desires to teach him as He molds and shapes him into a more fully devoted follower of Christ.
Ed is a Canine Trainer with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. He has been married to Liz for 31 outstanding years and they have two grown daughters, Danyal and Sarah.
Ed and Liz have been members of Harvest Pointe since June 2003 serving as Community Group Leaders, Greeters, and Prayer Team leaders. Ed is humbled by the opportunity to serve and the responsibility of leading and shepherding the body of Christ at Harvest Pointe to experience the life changing power of Christ.
