Harvest Pointe Community Church has been placed in Jefferson County to do more that just exist. We have a calling from our leader, Jesus Christ, to fulfill in this place and at this time. We express this calling through our mission, vision, goal, strategy and values. Together for the Harvest is just the next step in fulfilling our calling from Jesus Christ here in Jefferson County and beyond.
Our Mission:
Our mission is to make disciples of all nations in order to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:18-20)
Our Vision:
Our vision is to love God and love our neighbors as commanded by Jesus Christ in the Great Commandment. (Matthew 22:37-39)
Our Goal:
Our goal is to expand our missional footprint through planting at least one church locally and one globally by 2015.
Our Strategy:
The power of Christ is unleashed as we become G4 followers of Christ who:
- GATHER corporately for celebration and teaching,
- GROW spiritually through community,
- GIVE sacrificially in service to the church & community, and
- GO unashamedly with the gospel into the world.
