Leadership

Pastors & Staff

Elders (a.k.a. pastors) are biblically qualified men who oversee the local church,
particularly through teaching God's Word,
praying, caring for church members, and training members to do the work of ministry.

Staff members are employed to help with the general operation of the church, such as administration and member care.
In addition, some elders are employed by the church so that they might be free to devote more time to teaching, prayer and oversight.
